How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only where necessary to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, arrange and manage chauffeur bookings, communicate with you regarding your journey, maintain appropriate business records, and meet our legal or accounting obligations. We do not use customer contact details for unsolicited marketing.

We process personal information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and where appropriate for our legitimate business interests in operating and administering our chauffeur service.
Storage and Sharing of Information
Customer and booking information may be securely retained within our cloud-based CDS client management system. We only share personal information where reasonably necessary to provide or administer your booking, where a service provider processes information on our behalf, or where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Card Payments
Sahota Chauffeurs does not collect or store your full debit or credit card details. Card payments are processed separately using PayPal Point of Sale (formerly Zettle by PayPal), which processes payment information under its own privacy arrangements. Zettle
How Long We Keep Your Information
Customer and booking information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our customer relationship, maintain booking and business records, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements. Information that is no longer required will be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
