Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a Booking

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify Sahota Chauffeurs – Executive Cars as soon as possible.

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled booking: 

A cancellation fee of £50 will apply.

• Between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled booking: 

50% of the booking charge will be payable.

• Less than 12 hours before the scheduled booking: 

The full booking charge will be payable and no refund will be provided.

• No-show: 

If the passenger does not arrive for the booked journey and has not cancelled the booking, the full booking charge will be payable and no refund will be provided.

All cancellations should be confirmed by email so that there is a written record of the cancellation.Where circumstances allow and we are able to reallocate the vehicle to another booking, Sahota Chauffeurs may, at its discretion, consider reducing the applicable

cancellation charge.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be processed following confirmation of the cancellation. Any applicable cancellation charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
