Please include your name, booking reference (if available), date of travel and a description of your concerns.

We take all customer complaints seriously and aim to acknowledge written complaints within three working days of receipt.

Every complaint will be reviewed carefully and impartially. Where necessary, we may contact you for further information to ensure we fully understand your concerns.

All complaints will be handled professionally, respectfully and with appropriate confidentiality.

We aim to provide a full written response to complaints within 14 working days of receipt.

If further investigation is required, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated timescale.

Our response will explain the outcome of our investigation and, where appropriate, outline any steps we propose to resolve the matter.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact us again with any additional information or concerns. We will review these fairly and consider whether any further action is appropriate.
